Automotive Locksmith and Car Keys
We cut and copy car keys from a working original, and we rekey car door, trunk, and ignition cylinders in-shop to match your key. If you've lost all keys to a modern transponder, chip, or push-to-start car, you'll need a dealership for that.
- Car keys cut and copied from a working original
- Door, trunk, and ignition cylinders rekeyed to your key, in-shop
- Older mechanical keys often originated from the lock or code
- All-keys-lost chip and push-to-start jobs go to the dealer
- Call first with year, make, model, and whether you have a working key
What we do in-shop
Bring a working key and we'll cut a spare or a backup. We can also rekey a worn or mismatched door, trunk, or ignition cylinder so your single key works everything again. Older mechanical keys we can often originate from the lock or code.
When you'll need the dealer
If you've lost every key and the car uses a transponder, chip, or push-to-start key that has to be programmed to the vehicle, you'll need a dealership. For duplications from a working key, we can save you a dealer trip right at the counter. Call first and we'll tell you which it is before you make the drive.
Call first
Before you drive over, call with your year, make, and model, and whether you have a working key. That tells us right away whether it's a counter job or a dealer job. Bring proof of ownership, like registration or title.
